Background The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is issuing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the supply and delivery of #2 Crusher Run gravel for the Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge (NWR), located at 3395 US Route 20 East, Seneca Falls, NY 13148. The gravel is essential for the normal annual maintenance of the Wildlife Drive, which spans 3.5 miles through the Refuge, as well as for enhancing other access roads and parking areas within the refuge. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the refuge has a reliable source of gravel for its maintenance needs over the specified period. Work Details The contractor is required to supply and deliver #2 Crusher Run gravel on an as-needed basis. This includes providing all necessary labor, which encompasses CDL drivers, transport vehicles, and any required vehicle permits. The authorized limit for the life of the BPA is $250,000 with a not-to-exceed call limit of $10,000 per order. The minimum amount per call is set at $1.00. The gravel types specified are essential for maintaining road conditions within the refuge. Period of Performance The period of performance for this BPA is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2031.
