Background The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is issuing a solicitation for vehicle upfitting services specifically for law enforcement vehicles used in refuge operations. The goal of this contract is to enhance the operational capabilities of these vehicles to support the agency's mission of wildlife conservation and law enforcement within national refuges. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the upfitting of F250 USFWS Law Enforcement Vehicles in accordance with the attached statement of work. This includes: - Transportation of the vehicle to an upfitting facility, which must be arranged and paid for by the awardee if located outside AZ, TX, NM, or OK. - Providing a comprehensive quotation that itemizes all proposed parts and labor required to complete the work within the project’s scope. - Addressing the impact of the upfitting location on Government monitoring and acceptance of work, including providing the address of the proposed upfitting facility. - Estimating lead time for completion after receipt of order. Period of Performance The contract period of performance is from May 7, 2026, to October 31, 2026. Place of Performance The geographic location for performance includes facilities outside Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, or Oklahoma as specified by the contractor.
