Background

The 75th Ranger Regiment has a requirement to conduct the Regimental Master Breacher Course (RMBC). This course aims to refine demolition training for select individuals from four Ranger battalions, providing them with the necessary technical and tactical procedures on conventional demolitions, assault breacher demolitions, ballistic, thermal, and mechanical breaching. The contractor will provide target support and construction of training aids as part of this non-personal services contract.

Work Details

The contractor is responsible for providing materials and labor for the Master Breacher Course at Fort Benning, GA. The scope includes: - Procurement of specified materials for targets and training aids. - Construction of targets before and during the course. - Cleanup of targets during and post course execution. The course will cover all aspects of demolitions and breaching, enhancing and validating Level 1 Breacher's Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) under current and future combat conditions. The anticipated period includes a base year with a minimum of three courses per year, with scheduled classes on 17-27 Feb 2026 and 04-15 May 2026.
