The permit holder will be responsible for daily operations including securing utilities (electricity, telephone, propane), managing waste disposal services, providing customer service through comment cards, and ensuring compliance with accessibility guidelines. The holder must also provide fee tickets to visitors and compile monthly use and revenue data for submission to the Forest Service. Additionally, the permit holder must honor discounts for eligible pass holders and maintain facilities according to established standards.
