(ABOA): 7,949 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 40 Parking Spaces (Reserved/Surface/Secured): 20 Parking Spaces (Reserved/Surface/Unsecured): 20 Full Term: 120 months Firm Term: 60 months Option Term: Two 5-year options are required Additional Requirements: One (1) of the unreserved spaces must accommodate oversized vehicles of 10' X 40' Approximately 120 square feet (10-foot x 12-foot structure) of exterior storage must be provided at the premises. The structure must include a minimum 10-foot by 10-foot overhead door to accommodate UTV/ATVs with trailers.
