EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD

Quotes will be evaluated for technical acceptability and price. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror. Offerors must provide Technical Qualification/Evidence of being an Authorized MATLAB reseller with their quotation. Omission of this will result in the submission being determined to be technically unacceptable. Quotations are due prior to 8:00AM EST, 30 April 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
