Background The County of Morris is seeking bids for labor rates related to mold remediation and restoration services at various locations within the county. Work Details The contract includes the following services: 1. Non-Emergency Labor: Per Person (7:30 AM to 4 PM) at a specified hourly rate. 2. Emergency Labor: Per Person (Monday-Friday after 4:00 PM, Weekends & Holidays) at a specified hourly rate. 3. Germicide/Mildewcide Application charged per square foot. 4. Dehumidifying Equipment (AHAM rated at 110-160 pints per day) charged per unit/per day. 5. Air Moving Equipment charged per unit/per day. 6. Building Supplies, Debris Disposal, and Miscellaneous Materials at cost plus a markup not exceeding 10%. Bidders are required to provide detailed pricing for each service offered.
