Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other non-personal services necessary for grounds maintenance. The specific tasks include: maintaining healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants; conducting spring and fall clean-up; mowing; grass clipping removal; trimming/edging; and maintaining the retention pond. The contractor must adhere to quality control measures to ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and will be evaluated based on a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan. The contractor is responsible for conducting business between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM from Monday to Friday, excluding Federal Holidays or when the facility is closed due to emergencies. Period of Performance The period of performance is for one base year with four twelve-month option periods. Work shall commence within 7 calendar days after notice of contract award.
