Background The Albuquerque Public Schools (APS) is seeking proposals for on-demand LEED services in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. The goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) # 26-052 RRR is to engage qualified firms to provide various LEED consulting services that align with the district's commitment to sustainable building practices. Work Details The scope of work includes the following key areas of expertise: 1. General LEED Certification Consulting; 2. Energy Modeling; 3. Daylight and Artificial Light Modeling; 4. Building Acoustical Analysis; 5. Acoustical Testing; 6. Building Envelope Commissioning. Period of Performance The contract will be for a term of four (4) years, with two additional one-year renewal options, subject to approval by the APS Board of Education. Place of Performance Services will be performed within Bernalillo County, New Mexico, specifically for Albuquerque Public Schools facilities. Bidder Requirements Offerors must comply with all requirements outlined in the RFP and demonstrate their qualifications and experience in providing the specified LEED services. Preference may be given to New Mexico In-State Resident Businesses or Native American Resident Businesses as per NMSA 1978, §13-1-21.
