Statement of Requirement

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Los Lunas, NM has a requirement for the purchase of one (1) Polaris Ranger XP1000 Northstar (brand name or equal); one (1) Tracks; one (1) Track Installation Kit. All should meet requirements as specified in the Specifications document (See Attachment 1 - P03 1166316 Snow UTV Specifications.

The goal of this contract is to acquire a Polaris Ranger XP1000 Northstar and associated equipment to support the agency's mission. This solicitation is set aside for 100% small business concerns, and it aims to award one firm fixed-price contract based on the best value for the Government. Work Details The requirement includes: 1. One (1) Polaris Ranger XP1000 Northstar (brand name or equal) 2. One (1) Tracks 3. One (1) Track Installation Kit All items must meet the specifications outlined in the attached document titled 'P03 1166316 Snow UTV Specifications'.
