This announcement is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 336212 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 1,000 employees. Background The 114th Maintenance Group within the South Dakota Air National Guard has a requirement for a new enclosed trailer. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The goal of this contract is to procure a new enclosed goose-neck trailer that meets specific operational requirements. Work Details The contract requires the delivery of one (1) new enclosed goose-neck trailer with the following specifications: - Color: White, black, or gray - Overall length: 34 feet - Minimum height: 79 inches - Frame: Aluminum - Rear door height: Minimum of 78 inches with ramp and two transition plates - Side walk-in access door: Minimum width of 36 inches and height of 78 inches, equipped with a lock - Safety chains and hooks included - Round nose neck with an 8-foot neck - All aluminum construction including exterior sheeting and one-piece roof - Aluminum floor with non-slip chemical resistant coating - Axles: Minimum of two (2) 7,000 lb axles capable of hauling between 7,000 lbs and a maximum of 14,000 lbs with torsion ride axles - Tires: Radial tires with integrated inner and outer fenders - Interior: Minimum of 21 floor tie downs without required spacing between them.
