Fresh Produce and Fresh Milk Bid for Snake River Co-op School

The Snake River Co-op School Bid Group is seeking sealed bids for Fresh Produce and Fresh Milk for the school year 26-27. Bids will be accepted for bread, paper supplies, and chemicals purchased by the School Nutrition Programs. Bidders must submit their bids to Rene Osman, Joint Bid Coordinator, at the Child Nutrition Program, located at 103 S 900 W, Blackfoot, ID 83221. Bids must be submitted by 4:00 PM on April 17, 2026. Bids will be opened on April 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the same address. The schedule for bid awards will be as follows: Milk at 9:00 AM, Produce at 9:15 AM, and Groceries and Non-Food Supplies at 11:00 AM. The Snake River Co-Op School Bid Group reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the opening unless the awarding of the bid is delayed for more than thirty days. There are no pre-bid meetings mentioned. Bidders should ensure they meet all general requirements as outlined in the bid documents. Detailed specifications and bid documents can be obtained from Rene Osman at the same address during the hours of 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday, until the day before the bid opening. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and sent to Rene Osman at the address provided. Faxed bids will not be accepted, and late bids will not be considered.
