HI-PMNM-SMALL VESSEL CHARTER-April

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services for oceangoing vessel charter capable of extended ocean travel to support fieldwork in Papah naumoku kea Marine National Monument (Nihoa). The vessel will be responsible for the following for its charter: - transport of up to 12 passengers from Oahu, HI to Nihoa Island. - land personnel and gear on Nihoa Island for field camp that can last from 1 to 16 days; - extract personnel and gear from the island; and transport back to Oahu, HI. - provide room and board to all passengers through the extent of the charter with appropriate permits and inspections, wildlife and wildlife resources may also be occasionally transported on the ship.
