This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Flute (QTY= 1 EA) Must meet the following salient characteristics: Key: C, Range: Low C to at least high C (three octaves), Material: 14k gold riser body and head joint., Head joint: Standard embouchure hole cut for consistent tone production; straight head joint required.
