Work Details The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, uniforms, supervision, and other items necessary to perform mat service as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include: - Exchange all floor mats and runners every two weeks to ensure cleanliness and maintenance. - Ensure that all mats are of acceptable quality and condition as per the standards outlined in the PWS. - Provide heavy traffic, rubber-backed mats that are dirt and moisture trapping. - All mats must be laundered and returned on the next service date. - Mats must be free of stains, tears, and holes; any damaged mats must be replaced at no charge to the customer. - Services shall be performed during business hours between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM every other Monday, excluding federal holidays. If a holiday falls on a scheduled service day, services will be performed on the next business day.
