Work Details The contract requires the delivery of a Cyanotoxin Automated Analysis System (CAAS) which includes: - Part Number 475006: Gold Standard Diagnostic CAAS Cube Automated Analysis System, which consists of: - CAAS Cube - Netbook Computer - Battery Back-up (UPS) - Instrument racks for 4mL vials and reagent bottles - Freight/Shipping (Ground) - Installation and 1-Day Training for up to three EPA employees - ELISA Training Supplies (3-Test Kits) - Maintenance & Support Agreement – Platinum (1-Year Warranty) - 4-Year Service CAAS Cube (Silver) - Part Number 475006CYA: Cyanotoxin Automated Analysis Bundle, which includes: - Cyanotoxin ELISA Training Manual - 500 mL 5X wash buffer - 1L plastic bottle/cap - 4 mL vials/holder. The system must be capable of performing Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays (ELISA) with fully automated capabilities. It should conduct required washing steps without user interference, accommodate at least forty-three samples in a single run, and provide data output in transferable formats. The physical dimensions must not exceed: 28” W x 32” L x 35” H.
