Background NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department Groton Office intends to solicit and award a sole source requirement for human performance workshops, IFLEX and AFLEX, to O2X Human Performance, LLC in support of Naval War College Newport, RI. The mission of the Naval War College (NWC) is to conduct advanced professional military education to prepare naval and joint leaders to think critically, apply strategic judgment, and operate effectively in complex security environments. The goal of this contract is to enhance the readiness, resilience, and leadership effectiveness of Naval Flag Officers and Senior Executive Service leaders through tailored workshops. Work Details The contractor will conduct on-site, tailored executive human performance workshops focused on executive fitness, wellness, and personal accountability through conditioning, nutrition, sleep optimization, stress mitigation, and resilience that has been customized for NWC’s needs. Services include: - A five (5)-day Executive Wellness course of instruction specifically designed for Flag Officers and Senior Executives; - Classroom instruction; - Experiential exercises; - Practical demonstrations delivered by qualified subject matter experts in strength and conditioning, nutrition, sleep science, and mental performance. O2X has developed a custom curriculum that integrates evidence-based approaches to physical, cognitive, and emotional performance to sustain executive effectiveness at the highest levels of responsibility.
