Background The Red River Army Depot (RRAD) is seeking to procure a trailer mounted diesel powered industrial vacuum machine to support its operations. The goal of this contract is to acquire a machine that can effectively vacuum and filter bulk flowable material and liquid commonly found in heavy industrial shop environments, thereby enhancing the depot's operational efficiency. Work Details The contract involves the delivery of one (1) each Vector Spartan III or equal trailer mounted diesel powered industrial vacuum machine. The specifications for the machine include: - Power Source: 50HP Kubota Diesel with 20 gallon fuel tank - Heavy duty 'in-plant' style trailer with dual axles and tow bar - 16" Hg /1,337 CFM Positive Displacement Blower - Exhaust Silencer - Pleated cellulose filter for final filtration and blower protection - Pulse air primary filtration and pleated cartridge secondary filtration - 5.5 ACFM air compressor with air reservoir - 32” baghouse - 55 gallon barrel for dust collection with lid and inlet - 4” material inlet with 4” male/female couplings - Ten (10) each 4” diameter filter bags - Control panel with various warnings and gauges including water temperature, oil pressure, oil temperature, charge system warning, hour meter/tachometer, air pressure gauge, and key switch - Early warning shutdown system - All necessary vacuum hoses and fittings required for operation. The warranty for the machine will be for a period equal to the manufacturer’s normal commercial warranty or one (1) year, whichever is longer. Period of Performance Delivery of the vacuum machine is required no later than three (3) months after purchase. Place of Performance The product will be delivered to Red River Army Depot located at Texarkana, Texas.
