Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District is seeking janitorial services for Jennings Randolph Lake, located in the Robert W. Craig Campground off West Virginia State Highway Route 46, five miles from Elk Garden, West Virginia. The contract aims to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of public facilities used by visitors throughout the year, with some services provided seasonally from January 1 to December 31 each year. Work Details The contractor is required to furnish all necessary labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and transportation to clean various public facilities at Jennings Randolph Lake. The specific tasks include: 1. Cleaning the public bathhouse, vault latrines, public restrooms, and other facilities without interfering with users. 2. Facilities to be cleaned include: - West Virginia Overlook and Visitor Area: Men’s and Women’s restrooms (150 sq ft). - Howell Run Picnic Area: Men’s and Women’s restrooms with three covered shelters (400 sq ft each). - Robert W. Craig Campground: Picnic Shelter (800 sq ft) with a portable restroom. - Howell Run Boat Launch: Men’s and Women’s restrooms (484 sq ft). - Comfort Station at Robert W. Craig Campground: Men’s and Women’s restrooms (288 sq ft). - Washhouse at Robert W. Craig Campground: Shower facilities (1,824 sq ft). - Shaw Beach: Men’s and Women’s restrooms (504 sq ft). 3.
