Background The primary purpose of this Delivery Order (DO) off the Enterprise-Wide-Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) is to provide the F-15 Qatar Foreign Military Sales (FMS) System Program Office (SPO) with the integration of Autotest Software into the Digital Electronic Warfare System (DEWS) Mission Data File (MDF) for the F-15QA Fleet. The F-15 fleets equipped with DEWS require periodic updates to the system’s MDF to address emerging operational requirements, as current software processes are time-consuming and hinder timely responses to customer needs. Work Details The Contractor shall develop, deliver, integrate, and test Autotest software into the DEWS test facility at the 68 EWS, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The specific requirements include: 1. Government Test Facility Evaluation: Evaluate existing hardware for compatibility with Autotest software and recommend necessary updates if required. 2. Software Development: Develop Autotest software that can control the Advanced Architecture Phase Amplitude and Time Simulator (A2PATS), ingest output messages from the DEWS System Under Test (SUT), utilize adjudication logic for pass/fail determinations, produce specified output reports, and include a graphical user interface (GUI). 3. Software Delivery, Integration and Test: Deploy and test the software in a lab environment against specified performance metrics including message processing speed, accuracy in Government Acceptance Testing, and stability during operation. 4. Program Management: Manage financials, compliance, and deliverables while participating in regular meetings. 5. Travel: Conduct necessary travel to Eglin AFB for requirements establishment and performance reviews. Period of Performance Base Period: 15 May 2026 – 30 April 2027; Option 1: 01 May 2027 – 30 April 2028; Option 2: 01 May 2028 – 30 April 2029. Place of Performance Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.
