This contract aims to secure trash and recycling removal services at Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine in Baltimore, Maryland, and Hampton National Historic Site in Towson, Maryland. The goal is to ensure effective waste management that aligns with NPS's mission of conservation and public enjoyment. Work Details The contractor will provide comprehensive trash and recycling removal services including management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary for effective performance. Specific tasks include: - Trash pick-up at Fort McHenry: 2 times per week (52 pulls per year). - Recycling pick-up at Fort McHenry: 1 time per week (52 pulls per year). - Trash pick-up at Hampton: 1 time per week (52 pulls per year). - Recycling pick-up at Hampton: 1 time per week (52 pulls per year). The contractor must comply with all requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and ensure that services are performed excluding Federal holidays. The contractor is also responsible for quality control measures to meet contract specifications. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031, with options for additional periods extending through May 31, 2031.
