Background The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is issuing a Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) for Bulk Diesel and Unleaded Fuel for the Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) located in Basom, NY. The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable supply of fuel necessary for the operations of the refuge, supporting its mission to conserve, protect, and enhance fish, wildlife, and their habitats. Work Details The contractor will provide the following fuels on an as-needed basis: - 87 Octane Unleaded Gasoline - #2 On-Road Diesel – Ultra Low Sulfur. The pricing structure will be based on the Rack Price on the day of delivery using the Oil Price Information Service (OPIS), plus a fixed mark-up price per gallon. The contractor must provide the rack price for that day on each delivery ticket and invoice. The anticipated period of performance is from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031. The authorized limit for this BPA is $250,000 with a not-to-exceed call limit of $10,000 per order.
