Background The VISN 7 Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, SC - WM Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, SC - Birmingham VA Medical Center in Birmingham, AL - Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System in Montgomery, AL - Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, AL - Atlanta VA Medical Center in Atlanta, GA - Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin, GA - Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center in Augusta, GA. Period of Performance The period of performance for the resultant contracts will commence on the date of award and will last for five years or until the total value of all task orders reaches $900 million. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at various locations including eight major medical facilities across South Carolina and Georgia.
