Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing this contract for liquid waste removal services at vehicle accessible vault-equipped facilities within the Lucky Peak Dam and Lake boundary, located in Ada and Boise Counties, Idaho. The goal of this contract is to ensure proper disposal of liquid waste from various vault restrooms to maintain hygiene and environmental standards. Work Details The contractor will provide all necessary labor, credentials, certifications, insurance, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision to perform liquid waste disposal services. The services include: - Completely emptying sewage holding vaults of sewage, litter, and debris. - Cleaning and disinfecting all interior surfaces where spillage occurs during the pumping procedure. - Disposing of litter and debris in compliance with County, State, and Federal hazardous materials regulations. Specific tasks include: 1. Fall Service Disposal for CXT Cascadian restrooms at Volunteer Park Host vaults. 2. Deer Flat Disposal for CXT Cascadian toilets. 3. Call-Out Services for additional requests as needed. 4. Weekly rental and biweekly service of portable toilets. 5. Lake Office Septic Vault Service. 6. All services will not be performed on weekends or Federal Holidays. Period of Performance Base year plus two option years. Place of Performance Various locations within the USACE Lucky Peak Dam & Lake boundary in Ada and Boise Counties, Idaho.
