Site Visit

A site visit will be conducted on 1 April 2026 at 9:00 AM at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. The site visit will take place at the Fire Department Training Grounds at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Site visit attendees who do not have base access will need to fill out the attachment "1-55 SFS Form 31-Base Entry Authorization List - 8 Jan 2026" for all personnel who will be attending the site visit and return this form to the Contracting Office no later than 30 March 2026 at 11:00 AM to ensure access to base. Anyone who already has base access does not need to submit this form prior to the site visit. Questions Questions for solicitation are due on or before Friday, 3 April 2026 at 11:00 AM CST. Answers to questions will be provided by Monday, 6 April 2026 at 11:00 AM CST.
