Response required by or before 5:00 p.m. (EDT) April 20th, 2026 NOTICE FOR SOURCES SOUGHT and REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government is requesting information regarding the feasibility of vendors to perform the efforts described briefly herein. This is a Sources Sought notice/RFI only. This is not a solicitation for proposals, quotes, or bids. Information received as a result of this RFI will be used solely for market research purposes. The Government shall use this market research in determining the best method of procurement, which is part of the acquisition planning process. This RFI is for information purposes only and no award will result from the RFI at this time. A RESPONSE IS REQUESTD FROM ALL INTERESTED VENDORS REGARDLESS OF BUSINESS SIZE. Background The KC135 Tanker Support Systems Program Office (Tankers SPO) is part of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). The purpose of this contract is to gather information on vendors' capabilities to support Information Assurance (IA), Mission Assurance (MA), and the Lifecycle Management Process Integrated Data Environment (LCMP-IDE). This Sources Sought notice is intended for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for various tasks including: 1. **Data Analyst / Maintenance & Operations**: Perform logistics and system analysis, integrating AI tools to enhance maintenance scheduling and reliability improvements. 2. **Test and Evaluation / Training Planning and Execution**: Assist in test planning, execution, training development, and tracking discrepancies. Implement a model-based test approach aligned with Legacy Tanker Division objectives. 3. **Lifecycle Management Process–Integrated Data Environment (LCMP-IDE)**: Provide updates on compliance status, infrastructure support, software maintenance, user support, incident response, and hosting environment support. Maintain compliance with the DoW Risk Management Framework (RMF) to retain system’s Authority to Operate (ATO). 4. **Infrastructure Support**: Ensure system stability through patching, backups, technical refreshes, and monitoring. 5. **Software Maintenance and Support**: Conduct regular code reviews/scans and maintain testing environments for software updates. 6. **User Support**: Provide helpdesk services for account management and issue resolution. Conduct evaluations including performance analysis and monitoring user activity. 7. **Cybersecurity Analysis**: Analyze IA/MA requirements for secure systems integration, conduct technical research for certification activities, and provide recommendations for IT architecture frameworks.
