Background The Delaware Army National Guard (DE ARNG) is seeking to improve the dental and medical readiness of its Soldiers through the provision of onsite dental restorative care. The goal of this contract is to treat minor dental issues to enhance Soldiers’ Dental Readiness Classification (DRC) from DRC 3 to DRC 2 or DRC 1, thereby ensuring higher deployability and readiness of the force. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other items necessary to perform and document restorative dental treatment services. Services must be initiated onsite at DE ARNG except for extensive cases requiring in-clinic treatment or dental reconstruction. The contractor is responsible for conducting annual dental exams, digital bitewing radiographs, digital panoramic radiographs, and entering DENCLASS data into the Army Medical Protection System (MEDPROS). The performance work statement includes identifying and treating all Class 3 soldiers on alert orders or eligible through the Army Selected Reserve Dental Readiness System (ASDRS) Program. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from the time of contract award through the last day of required services, specifically onsite services scheduled for May 2-3, 2026.
