Work Details The contractor is required to furnish and deliver five (5) new, model year 2026 or newer Hybrid Engine Mini Passenger Vans. All vehicles must be of the same make and model. Specific requirements include: - Model: Sienna, Pacifica, or similar minivan models - Wheelbase: 102” minimum – 125” maximum - Engine: Full Hybrid (HEV) or Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) – Minimum 2.5L 4 Cylinder - Transmission: Automatic - Steering: Power or power assist - Brakes: 4-Wheel Anti-Lock Braking System - Interior features must include a minimum 7-passenger seating capacity, dual air conditioning, AM/FM radio, dual front airbags, power windows/door locks, and fold-down rear seats. - Exterior color preference is factory white or silver with four doors plus a back hatch. - Vehicles must comply with all Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and be delivered in full operational condition with a mileage not exceeding 100 miles at delivery. - Warranty coverage includes a standard warranty of 36 months or 36,000 miles and a hybrid battery warranty of 10 years or 100,000 miles. Period of Performance The contract performance period extends up to 365 days from the official commencement date as specified in the Notice to Proceed. Bidder Requirements Bidders must have an established place of business on the island of Oahu for servicing vehicles. They must also possess a valid State of Hawaii Dealer License.
