Background The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Navajo is issuing this solicitation for a 5-year landfill monitoring contract. The BIA's mission is to manage and protect Indian trust assets, including environmental services that ensure compliance with federal regulations. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive monitoring services for landfill operations to ensure environmental safety and compliance. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for conducting landfill monitoring activities as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). This includes: 1. Regular inspections of the landfill site to assess compliance with environmental regulations. 2. Collection and analysis of soil, water, and air samples to monitor potential contaminants. 3. Preparation of detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations for remediation if necessary. 4. Coordination with local authorities and stakeholders regarding landfill operations and environmental impact assessments. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from February 25, 2026, to June 25, 2026. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the landfill site located in Gallup, NM.
