This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Award of this solicitation will result in Firm-fixed Price contract at Idaho Panhandle National Forests, The Government is in need of road maintenance services maintenance and functionality of ditch lines and water diversion structures, and removal of rocks, limbs and other debris from the road prism while maintaining vegetation that serves to prevent or moderate erosion from runoff. This work will include, clearing debris from ditches, minor road repair, and other related work necessary to meet the objectives. Cleaning culvert catch basins and inlets/outlets, ditches, slides and other similar maintenance items. The equipment used to perform this work shall meet safety standards and shall be in good mechanical condition. Solicitation number 1240BD26Q0033 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Sandpoint Ranger District Office, Idaho Panhandle National Forests, is located at 1602 Ontario Steet, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864. The start of the work is right by Grouse Creek Falls on NR-280. Direction to the star of work is from the city of Sandpoint, ID take US-95 N via the ramp to US-2 E/Bonners Ferry/Canada proceed for 10.8 miles then turn right onto NF-280/Samuels Rd and drive for 3.0 miles and then turn left onto Grouse Creek Rd/NF-280 and drive for 5.8 miles to Grouse Creek Falls. MP 5.2 is the start of the work area. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 115310. The small business size standard is $11.0 Million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
