Background The U.S. Government is seeking information from interested contractors to support the Role Player Infantry Immersion Trainer, Home Station Training, and Subject Matter Expert services to augment United States Marine Corps training capabilities. The goal is to immerse individuals in a realistic battlefield environment, exposing them to operational complexities, mental and physical stress, and challenging ethical decision-making. This training will be conducted in an interactive, culturally accurate, and threat-accurate setting that includes live role-player speech, community activities, and individual actions that accurately depict the current theater of operation. Work Details The contractor shall provide turn-key training services which include: Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), battlefield effects personnel, special effects personnel (moulage), various atmospheric kits, blank-fire only AK-47s, live language support, cultural immersion, pyrotechnic simulators, civilian vehicles on the battlefield, cut suits for role players simulating injuries such as amputations, and general role players portraying diverse characters including local civilians and opposing forces. Specific tasks include: 1. Providing role players who can improvise and respond authentically to trainee actions. 2. Ensuring role players are physically and mentally prepared for demanding training environments. 3. Supplying amputee role players to simulate battlefield casualties. 4. Providing interpreters for various languages needed during training scenarios. 5. Managing program personnel including a Contract Project Manager responsible for overall contract management and site staffing. 6. Conducting scenario design support for all IIT locations and participating in planning conferences to manage scenarios and develop training support products. Place of Performance Potential locations include IIT locations at Camp Pendleton, CA; Camp Lejeune, NC; Marine Corps Training Area Bellows in Oahu, HI; and Home Station Training areas at Yuma.
