Background The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is issuing this solicitation for the replacement of garage door panels at the Havasu National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) located in Mohave Valley, Arizona. The mission of the FWS is to conserve, protect, and enhance fish, wildlife, and plants and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people. The goal of this contract is to ensure the functionality and safety of the garage door at the auto-shop compound by replacing damaged components. Work Details The contractor is required to perform the following tasks: 1. Remove the existing damaged 14' x 12' roller sheet door. 2. Supply and install a new roller sheet door that is compatible with the existing garage door opener. 3. Ensure all equipment, materials, tools, and labor are provided for the removal and installation process. 4. Dispose of all waste materials from the site prior to installation, with metal disposal handled by Refuge staff. 5. Connect the new roller sheet door to the existing opener after installation. Period of Performance The contract period of performance is from May 1, 2026, to May 31, 2026. Place of Performance The work will be performed at Havasu National Wildlife Refuge located in Mohave Valley, Arizona.
