Background The 9th Force Support Squadron (9 FSS) at Beale Air Force Base, California, is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) Pest Control Services. The goal of this contract is to procure pest control services necessary for the maintenance and management of various facilities at Beale AFB. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing pest control services that include: - Routine management of pest populations - Emergency response to pest infestations - Specialized treatments as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must be qualified and capable of performing all identified services. Payment for services will be made via NAF Government Purchase Card (GPC) or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The BPA allows for individual call limits of $25,000.00 with an overall ceiling of $300,000.00 over five years. There is no minimum purchase guarantee; the Government is only obligated to the extent of authorized calls placed against the agreement. Period of Performance The total performance period for this contract is five (5) years from the date of award. Place of Performance Beale Air Force Base, California
