This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified businesses to provide seasonal cleaning services at the Farish Recreation Area, located at 12005 Rampart Range Road, Woodland Park, CO. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The 10th Force Support Squadron (10 FSS) requires non-personal services for seasonal cleaning at the Farish Recreation Area. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform deep cleaning and quick cleaning services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services are required seasonally from approximately May 1 through October 31 each year, on an as-ordered basis. Background The 10th Force Support Squadron (10 FSS) of the United States Air Force Academy is seeking qualified businesses to provide seasonal cleaning services at the Farish Recreation Area, located in Woodland Park, Colorado. This contract aims to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the recreation area during the peak season from May to October each year. The notice serves as a market research tool and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals. Work Details The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and supervision for deep cleaning and quick cleaning services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
