Background The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is seeking to procure a 75-horsepower Compact Utility Tractor for the Garrison Dam National Fish Hatchery located in Riverdale, ND. The purpose of this contract is to support grounds maintenance, snow removal, pond habitat management, and facility operations. The new tractor will replace aging equipment and enhance operational efficiency for winter access, mowing, and material handling. Work Details The contract requires the delivery of one (1) 75-Horsepower Tractor with accessories. The tractor must meet EPA emissions standards and include OEM attachments, warranty support, operator training, and documentation. An example of a suitable machine is the John Deere 4075R; however, equivalent models are acceptable. Specific requirements include: - Delivery of the tractor within 60 calendar days of award. - Operator training to be conducted within 5 business days after delivery. - All performance activities to occur on-site at the Garrison Dam National Fish Hatchery.
