Background The Department of Energy (DOE), specifically the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Southeast Wing Reconfiguration project in the Desert Southwest Region. The goal of this contract is to facilitate a complete interior office reconfiguration to enhance operational efficiency within the Phoenix Campus. Work Details The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the following tasks: - Complete interior office reconfiguration including demolition, new wall construction, lighting and electrical modifications, flooring and ceiling installation, and installation of secure access-controlled doors. All work must be performed in strict accordance with the Statement of Work provided in the solicitation. Period of Performance The contract performance will commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will continue for 90 days thereafter. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at 615 S. 43rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85009.
