This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAX26Q0008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Hopewell Recreation Site Improvements located on the Tres Piedras Ranger District of the Carson National Forest, Rio Arriba County, New Mexico. This project includes construction on the following site improvements at Hopewell Lake: 1. New Site Entrance Roundabout 2. New Campground Entrance Road 3. New Trailhead Parking Lot 4. Modified Parking Lot at Group Area 5. New Waterline and Hydrants for site 6. New Campground Host Site 7. New Site Furnishings The work includes clearing and grubbing of the areas to receive the new roads and parking areas, installation of new bulletin boards, construction of aggregate surfaced roadways and other pads, and installation of signs, barrier rocks, curb stops, culvert, and other work as described in the plans and specifications. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238990. The small business size standard is $19 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Submitted quotes must include pricing on the optional items.
