Background

The State of Rhode Island is issuing this solicitation, MPA 583 OE Local Perishable Food Vendors, to establish a list of qualified local vendors who can supply perishable food products to the State. The goal is to ensure a reliable source of fresh food products for state agencies and related entities.

Work Details

Vendors will be required to supply various perishable food products as needed by the State. This includes but is not limited to fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meats, and other perishable items. The solicitation aims to create a Master Price Agreement (MPA) that allows for the procurement of these goods on an as-needed basis. Period of Performance
