The Contractor shall develop all new training requirements for the Army Security Assistance program and maintain and update the current course curriculum. Courses shall be conducted in either a classroom environment or as an online capability. The contractor shall ensure all training is complementary to and augments the existing DoW War Security Cooperation University (WSCU) curriculum and is not duplicative. Training may vary depending on the Army command or the organization's mission. DASA DE&C will approve the yearly class schedule and student size for each offering. Background The Army Security Assistance program aims to enhance the capabilities of foreign military partners through training and support. The contractor is responsible for developing new training requirements and maintaining the existing course curriculum to ensure alignment with the Department of Defense's War Security Cooperation University (WSCU) curriculum. The goal is to provide effective training that complements existing programs without duplication, tailored to the specific needs of various Army commands and organizations. Work Details The contractor will perform the following tasks: 1. Curriculum Development & Maintenance: Update all existing and newly developed course curricula within 30 business days of receiving government-provided policy changes. New courses must be finalized and approved by the start of the relevant contract period. 2. Training Delivery: Deliver all scheduled training classes without cancellations, ensuring instructor performance meets a minimum satisfaction score of 'Good' on a 5-point scale. 3. Technical & Administrative Support: Maintain a Learning Management System (LMS) operational uptime of 99% during normal duty hours, respond to email requests within 24 hours, and submit End of Course summary reports within 5 business days post-completion. Deliverables include a Monthly Status Report detailing work accomplished, course development status, training classes delivered, problems encountered, travel performed, and planned activities; a semi-annual Course Review; an End of Course Summary Report; and a Contractor's Quality Control Plan. Place of Performance The training may be conducted in various locations as determined by the Army command or organization.
