Background The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of The West Virginia Veterans Nursing Facility (WVVNF), located at One Freedom Way, Clarksburg, WV 26301. Bidder Requirements Vendors must be properly registered with the West Virginia Purchasing Division and must have paid a registration fee of $125 prior to contract award.
