The goal of this contract is to ensure that the County has access to essential supplies that meet all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Work Details The contract will cover various categories of warehouse supplies including: 1. Cleaning Supplies / Hand Cleaners 2. Janitorial / Paper Products 3. Janitorial / Cleaning Supplies 4. Janitorial / Outdoor Tools 5. Trash Can Liners 6. Automotive/Mechanical Supplies 7. Paint 8. Safety / Personal Protection Equipment 9. First Aid Kit / Equipment 10. Safety Exam Gloves – Latex / Nitrile 11. Foaming Hand Soap Dispensers/SOAP Refill & Cleaner. Each category will require specific products as detailed in the bid offer pages, including brand names and quantities required for each item. Bidders must provide pricing based on the Manufacturer’s List Price or other documentation, ensuring that all items supplied are new and of current production unless otherwise specified. Period of Performance The primary term of the agreement shall be one year from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with options for up to three additional one-year renewals based on mutual agreement. Place of Performance The supplies will be delivered to San Juan County’s Central Purchasing Warehouse located at 213 South Oliver Drive, Aztec, NM 87410. Bidder Requirements Bidders must complete and return an Acknowledgement of Receipt Form to receive any addendums issued during the bidding process. All bids must be submitted sealed and include a valid copy of any applicable New Mexico In-State Resident Preference Certificate or Resident Veteran Preference Certificate if applicable. Bidders are required to maintain insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation documents.
