Respondents may submit proposals for one or multiple categories based on their offerings. All products must meet applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and be ready for turn-key operation upon delivery. Period of Performance The contract term will be for four years with an option for a one-year extension at H-GAC's discretion. Place of Performance The contract will be performed in various locations across the United States as specified by participating customers. Bidder Requirements Respondents must comply with all licensing requirements imposed by governmental authorities. They are required to provide documentation proving their compliance with licensing, permitting, and registration requirements. Additionally, contractors must have a documented relationship with their dealer/reseller network if applicable. A 2% administrative fee will be charged on all completed transactions under the awarded contract.
