Period of Performance The contract will be effective from May 15, 2026, to June 30, 2026, with two potential one-year renewal options subject to mutual agreement and funding availability. Place of Performance Services will be provided primarily at Lincoln School and other participating non-public schools within Providence County, Rhode Island. Bidder Requirements Vendors must have a proven track record as facilitators and strategic advisors in AI education. They should possess teaching experience and have previously worked with schools on generative AI applications.
