Background The North Dakota Army National Guard (NDARNG) is seeking to procure catered meals for the HSC 141 MEB during their training period from May 7 to May 21, 2026. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary food services to support the soldiers during their training exercises in Fargo, ND. Work Details The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, and transportation necessary to deliver catered meals to the North Dakota Army National Guard Soldiers. The specific meal requirements are as follows: - Catered breakfast and lunch will be provided daily from May 7 to May 21, except on May 7 and May 18 when dinner will also be served due to travel times. - Meal schedule: - May 7: Lunch from 1200-1300; Dinner from 1800-1900. - May 8-12: Breakfast from 0700-0800; Lunch from 1200-1300. - May 13-17: Breakfast from 0700-0800; Lunch from 1200-1300. - May 18: Breakfast from 0700-0800; Dinner from 1700-1800. - May 19-21: Breakfast from 0700-0800; Lunch from 1200-1300. The contractor must maintain an adequate workforce for uninterrupted service during these hours, excluding recognized US holidays.
