The agency's mission is to ensure medical readiness and provide quality healthcare services to military personnel and their families. Work Details The requirement is to establish a cost-per-reportable-result agreement that includes: - Reagents, instrument/equipment, consumables, controls, and any necessary services (e.g., maintenance of furnished equipment) to conduct hematology testing including CBC, Reticulocyte, Residual Leukocyte, and Body Fluid Counts. - Equipment must be new and adequately sized to handle the estimated volume of monthly/annual testing. If any equipment/hardware/software becomes obsolete during the contract term, it must be replaced with new equipment at no additional cost. - Maintenance Support: The Contractor shall ensure a minimum 98% uptime for all instrumentation through maintenance service and on-site repair. - Training: Two primary operator training slots per major analyzer and automated system per contract year must be provided at no additional cost to the government (including transportation airfare, rental car, per diem).
