Summary

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0380 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Animal Vaccines Summer 2026. Statement of Requirement

The USDA, ARS, PA, Roman L. Hruska U.S. Meat Animal Research Center (USMARC), Clay Center, NE location are developing scientific information and new technology to solve high priority problems for the U.S. beef, sheep, and swine industries. About 50 percent of the effort is with beef cattle, 30 percent with swine, and 20 percent with sheep. Summer vaccines for 2026 are required to keep these animals healthy. Seeking contractor that must provide the animal vaccines in the description and quantity listed in Attachment 2 Specifications. All vaccines that do not meet expiration date criteria will be refused.
