Background MacDill Air Force Base is seeking to procure a mobile stage for outdoor public programs aimed at enhancing community morale, recreation, and resiliency events. This requirement is part of a small business set-aside program. The purpose of this solicitation is to gather information on potential sources capable of fulfilling this need. Work Details The contractor is required to furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and personnel necessary to deliver a purchased stage as outlined in the Statement of Work. The salient characteristics of the stage include: - One-person push-button setup - Self-contained electric/hydraulic operation system - Locking, easily accessible mechanical compartment - Angled roof canopy that extends beyond the stage deck - Canopy mounted LED stage lighting - Backup canopy safety up-lock - Same length folding and fixed stage decks - Standard stage deck dimensions: depth 14’, width 24’-28’, height 30”-36” - Rugged FRP weather-resistant roof and wall panels - Fast-level fold-out deck truss - Enclosed riser ADA stairs with handrails - Rugged equalizer suspension - Dual 18” steel beams frame - Corner leveling jacks pivot for extra ground clearance - Mid-frame jacks for extra support on soft surfaces - Electric system with a 125 amp breaker panel - Canopy that closes quickly for weather or security. Place of Performance The stage will be delivered to Marina Bay Drive, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida.
