Background The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) is soliciting quotes for Hot Stick Testing Services for fiberglass-reinforced plastic hot live line tools at four locations in North Dakota. Conducting wet tests at 75,000 volts AC per foot for 60 seconds; 4. Measuring leakage current per foot and recording results; 5. Re-testing failed sticks after repairs if applicable.
