Background The Rhode Island Lottery, part of the Department of Revenue, is seeking bids for the production of Keno Coasters. The goal of this contract is to procure high-quality coasters that meet specific design and material requirements for use in lottery operations. Work Details The contractor will provide 600,000 Keno Coasters made from medium weight pulp board approximately 1.4mm (60 point) thick. Each coaster will be 4" x 4" square with slightly rounded corners, printed in one color (Reflex Blue) on both sides featuring different artwork without bleeds. A sample material must be included with the bid proposal. Additionally, an electronic proof of artwork is required for Lottery approval within 5 days of the award letter, followed by an EPSON proof before production. The coasters must be shrink-wrapped in packs of 50 for delivery. Period of Performance The product must be delivered on or before March 20, 2026. Place of Performance Delivery will take place at the Rhode Island Lottery located at 1425 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920. Bidder Requirements Bidders must include documentation confirming registration as a State vendor at www.purchasing.ri.gov. Vendors participating in the State's MBE/WBE/DisBE/VBE Programs must be certified by the State of Rhode Island's Office of Diversity Equity and Opportunity or the Governor’s Commission on Disabilities. Foreign corporations must provide a Certificate of Good Standing from their home state’s Secretary of State and register with the Rhode Island Secretary of State if providing services in Rhode Island.
