The contract will consist of a base period and an option year, emphasizing the importance of timely and effective service delivery. Work Details The Contractor is required to provide non-personal services including all labor, supplies, tools, materials, transportation, parts, and technical support necessary for the maintenance and repair of Steris washers. Specific tasks include: 1) Timely repair services to minimize equipment downtime with a commitment to restore equipment within three days of notification; 2) Replacement of worn or defective parts to achieve 100% operational condition as specified by the OEM within thirty days; 3) Prompt communication and response to service requests within specified timeframes; 4) Use of only OEM repair parts and installation of OEM-sponsored modifications; 5) Effective documentation and communication regarding replacement parts; 6) Management of work orders for maintenance requests; 7) Monthly submission of invoices through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF); 8) Reporting all contractor labor hours via the Service Contract Report (SCR).
